Privacy Policy

Account details you give us: your name, email address, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and the preferences you choose during sign-up, such as favorite genres and alert settings.

Purchases: what you buy or unlock (subscriptions, coins, films, episodes, soundtracks). Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Viewing and activity: what you watch, your progress, watchlist, comments, likes, quiz answers and coin activity.

Device and usage data: pages visited, the website or link that referred you, campaign tags in links (UTM tags), browser type, approximate time of visit and IP address.

We use cookies (small files stored by your browser) to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and measure how visitors find us. Our own cookies include:

• Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in.
• siw_vid: a random visitor ID (up to 1 year) used to count visits.
• siw_ref: the partner or affiliate code from the link you arrived through (30 days), so we can credit our partners.
• siw_utm: campaign tags from the link you arrived through.
• siw_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies (6 months).

Visitors in the UK and Europe: we ask for your permission before setting the visit-counting and partner cookies above (siw_vid, siw_ref, siw_utm). Sign-in cookies and your cookie choice are always used because the site needs them to work. If you reject, we still count page visits anonymously, without any cookie or ID. Some links and product offers on SIW Global TV are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or complete an action on the advertiser's site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

CJ Affiliate: some advertiser links are tracked by CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction LLC), which places its own cookies and similar technology when you click those links. CJ uses this data to record the click and any resulting purchase so the right partner is credited, and to prevent fraud. Advertiser websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

• To run your account, deliver the shows you unlock, and process payments.
• To recommend content and send the alerts you opt into.
• To measure traffic, credit affiliates and partners, and improve the service.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run SIW Global TV, including our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), our customer messaging and email tools, and the affiliate networks described above. Videos from YouTube and movie details from TMDB are shown through their services, which may collect data under their own policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may sign you out and stops affiliate credit for your visit.
• CJ tracking: you can opt out of CJ's cookies through the options in CJ's privacy policy linked above, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
• Alerts and emails: you can change your alert settings in your account at any time.
• Access or deletion: email us to see, correct or delete your personal information.

SIW Global TV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We protect your information with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, login limits and restricted admin access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
